1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add margarine to a small bowl. Melt in microwave.
3. Add dried parsley, dried oregano, paprika, salt, fresh ground black pepper, and Parmesan cheese to a separate small bowl.
4. Stir to combine.
5. Dip wings in melted margarine and then in herb and cheese mixture.
6. Arrange wings on a foil lined baking sheet.
7. Drizzle chicken wings with remaining margarine.
8. Bake in preheated oven 60 minutes.
