Oven Baked Sesame Chicken Wings

Chicken wings breaded in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Flavored and seasoned with sesame seeds, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Baked golden brown and served piping hot with your favorite dip.
Ingredients -
1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
3 pounds Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Butter, melted
 
Preparation:

1. Add melted butter to shallow bowl.

2. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, oregano, salt, pepper and cayenne to shallow bowl.

3. Dip chicken wings in butter. Roll in bread crumb mixture. Toss to coat.

4. Arrange wings in single layer, meaty side down, on well greased foil lined baking sheet.

5. Bake in 375 F for 20 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink inside.

Whenever you are marinating chicken, be sure to place the chicken in the refrigerator for the duration of the marinating.

Serve with your favorite salsa or sour cream and top with crumbled fresh blue cheese, and finely chopped scallions.
