Cooking Tip
Thawing Chicken Quickly
To thaw chicken rapidly, place chicken in water proof bags in slightly cold water. Change the water frequently to quicken thawing.

Cooking Tip
Grilling Chicken
Coals are hot enough to grill chicken when you can hold your hand over the grill for no more than 3 seconds. Clean the grill rack, adjust so chicken is 5 to 6 inches from heat, brush rack with oil and grill.
