Garlic Chicken Wings

Chicken marinated in garlic honey, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Baked slowly to golden brown. Perfect snack or main dish.
Ingredients -
2 pounds Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Water
 
Preparation:

1. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and water to bowl. Stir to combine.

2. Add chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 350 F.

4. Place chicken wings in shallow casserole or baking dish.

5. Bake 2 hours, or until chicken wings are cooked through and tender.

To avoid burning hands during grilling use long wood-handled utensils and an asbestos mitt for protection.

Chicken On The Grill
Chicken should be at room temperature (or about 70 F) before grilling. Trim off any excess fat to avoid grease dripping onto the coals and causing flare-ups.
