Cooking Tip
French Fries
Make golden, crunchy french fries at home by using the freshest russets available, not frozen. Cut potatoes into fries, and pat with paper towels to remove excess water. Fry twice. Bring oil to 360 F. Fry 4 minutes. Remove fries from oil and cool completely. Increase oil temperature to 375 F, and fry until golden and crunchy.

Cooking Tip
Working with Raw Chicken
Never use the same tools you used to work with raw chicken until everything has been washed in hot water first.
