1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a 13 x 9-inch ceramic baking dish.
3. Add flour to shallow bowl. Coat chicken wings with flour, shake off excess and place in baking dish.
4. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Turn and bake additional 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is crispy outside and no longer pink inside. Ut through thickest pieces of chicken to check.
5. Place chicken wings on paper towels to drain.
6. Add butter, vinegar, hot sauce and salt to medium bowl. Stir to combine. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat.
7. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
